By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting your login, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe the account is being misused.
Products and availability
We try to present product descriptions, colours, images, prices, and inventory accurately. Screen colours and handmade or batch-produced items may vary. Adding an item to a cart does not guarantee availability; inventory is reserved when secure checkout begins.
Prices and payment
Display-currency conversions on the storefront are estimates. Stripe confirms the exact available payment currency, delivery charge, promotion, tax, and final total before payment. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment and will contact you when an order is affected.
Orders
An order is accepted after payment confirmation and our ability to fulfill it. We may cancel or limit orders involving unavailable stock, suspected fraud, resale abuse, payment problems, or listing errors, with an appropriate refund when payment was collected.
Wholesale and bales
Wholesale access, quotes, minimum quantities, product condition, and commercial terms may require separate written confirmation. Retail offers do not automatically apply to wholesale or bale orders.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, access restricted systems, scrape or copy content unlawfully, submit harmful material, impersonate others, or use the service for fraud.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DA STORE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.
