Shipping

Effective August 1, 2026

Delivery options and their prices are shown during checkout before payment. Stripe confirms the exact payment currency, tax, discounts, delivery charge, and final total before payment.

Order processing

We begin processing after payment is confirmed. Large, wholesale, bale, or made-to-order purchases may require additional preparation; we will contact you if that applies.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on destination, carrier availability, order size, weather, and customs. Any estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will appear in your account or be sent using the email address connected to the order.

Address accuracy

Please review the delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

International orders

The recipient is responsible for import taxes, duties, or customs charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Customs processing can add time.

Delivery problems

Contact us promptly about a missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered parcel. Keep the packaging and provide photos when damage is involved.
