Privacy

This policy explains how DA STORE handles information when you browse, create an account, place an order, contact us, submit a review, apply for wholesale access, or join our mailing list.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email address, phone number, and password credentials managed by our authentication provider
• Order and delivery details, including address, products, selected variants, payment status, and tracking information
• Wholesale application, quote, review, contact-form, and newsletter information you submit
• Sanitized technical errors needed to keep the storefront reliable
• With your permission, page views and shopping events such as product views, cart actions, checkout starts, and completed purchases
• Browser storage used for your cart, wishlist, language, display-currency, session, and analytics preferences

Analytics choices

Optional storefront analytics is collected only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Essential only” disables optional visit and shopping-event measurement. Essential error reports exclude raw IP addresses and are rate-limited; network addresses are converted into one-way request hashes used to prevent abuse.

How we use information

We use it to operate accounts, fulfill orders, process payments, provide support, manage wholesale relationships, prevent abuse, improve the storefront, send requested communications, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, email delivery, fulfillment, analytics, and fraud prevention. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by DA STORE.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers, carriers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business transaction.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can update account details, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask about access, correction, or deletion. Some records must be retained when required for orders, security, or law.
